Art of Dog – February 11, 2012

Shear Paradise Pet Salon is hosting a fundraiser on February 11th where proceeds will benefit Our House of Hope K-9 Rescue, a non profit all breed dog rescue.  I’m excited to announce that Liz Mazur Photography will be one of the exhibitors!  I’ll have discounted rates on photo sessions and am also giving the opportunity to win a free shoot.  Please spread the word to your friends, and come and support local artists and Our House of Hope.  There will be wine tasting, a silent auction, a chance to win a spot for your dog to make it into the Hometown Hounds annual calendar, and much more.

Liz Mazur Photography is now offering albums!

Andy, Todd, and Cheezer

Today, I had the pleasure of photographing Ms. Cheezer.  She is absolutely one of the spunkiest 8 year old dogs I’ve ever seen.  So much energy and such a huge personality.  And her owners, Andy and Todd, they’re pretty fun too.  🙂

Star, Lily, and Laddie

How fashionable are these two dogs?  I think they’re pretty used to modeling and posing for the camera…  look at these adorable hams!

Jinx and Newton

These two guys were the leaders of the pack at the park.  Can we say precious?! Newton, the big fuzzy one, is about the biggest teddy bear I’ve ever seen.  And Jinx, well I have a special soft spot in my heart for smushy faced dogs because they remind me of my pugs.  Between Newton’s long and lanky legs flopping around and Jinx’s little snorts, I had the best time shooting these two.  Thanks Karrie and Matt for letting me share some time at the dog park with you and your fur babies!
